Go Green Project at L'Anse Creuse Helps More Than Just Environment
The L'Anse Creuse Public Schools have developed and implemented many service-learning projects over the years. During that time they have worked hard to standardize their projects by partnering with organizations/businesses in the community, utilizing their student's voices while planning, and reflecting on their efforts once projects are completed. TvTB pilot programs in Michigan, Indiana and Illinois have been a huge success. Our goal for 2011 includes coordinating and implementing 1000+ FREE* 1-Day Computer and Electronics Recycling Events in 17 states in the midwest, southeast and southern U.S.Community participation at our e-waste recycling drives provides residents and small businesses the opportunity to help support global environmental sustainability.
How it works.
Our 1-day e-waste recycling collection events are executed by a well-trained team - all you need do is: - Locate an event collection event in your area
- Load up your e-waste into your vehicle
- Our recycle team will unload your old equipment – you don’t even need to get out the car!
- Drive home knowing you have done your part in helping to clean up the environment!
